CSDDD Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive

The CSDDD is the European directive on human rights and environmental due diligence in the value chain.

Definition

The directive requires large companies to identify, prevent and account for negative human rights and environmental impacts in their own chain, complementing the CSRD reporting obligation.
