Province of Gelderland · climate opportunities map
Gelderland Climate Opportunities Map
The Gelderland Climate Opportunities Map brings together quantified climate solutions across energy, mobility, the built environment, agriculture and land use, and industry. It translates climate ambition into a portfolio of SMART measures towards 2030.
Context
Regional climate strategy requires more than targets. Provinces need insight into which measures are available, how much potential they have, where overlaps occur and how implementation can be prioritised.
Approach
The map structures measures by domain and compares potential reduction, feasibility and implementation logic.
New Economy’s role
New Economy developed the quantified opportunities analysis and translated climate solutions into regional decision-making information.
