Less Waste, More Value: Waste Collection Scenarios
The municipality of Oss faced rising waste-collection costs and the risk of missing targets for residual waste reduction and waste separation. New Economy analysed scenarios under the theme “less waste, more value”.
Waste collection is both a cost issue and a circular-economy lever. Better separation, prevention and value retention can reduce residual waste and improve the quality of material streams.
