The province of Flevoland asked New Economy to help strengthen the transition to a circular economy: an economy in which materials retain their value and loops are closed as much as possible.
Context
Regional circular-economy strategy must connect agriculture, construction, business parks, logistics, innovation and public procurement. It also requires cooperation between governments, companies and knowledge partners.
