Three municipalities took part in the learning and development programme: Schiedam, Delft and Vlaardingen. They worked together on recognising, prioritising and linking tasks at neighbourhood level.
The programme was initiated by the province of Zuid-Holland and guided by Squarewise, Van Vieren and New Economy. Working with three municipalities at once made it possible to test the instruments in different neighbourhoods and compare them with one another, which makes the approach more widely applicable than a single local pilot.
