Through the Societal Impact Analysis, 20 linked tasks were identified within the programme that create social, economic and ecological added value for a neighbourhood. Each linked task brings together combinations of tasks that reinforce one another, with an indication of costs and added value.
The analysis builds on social cost-benefit analyses carried out earlier and on other sources, and expresses effects in a financial value where possible. That value is explicitly an indication meant to feed the conversation about added value, not an exact outcome. In this way the overview helps municipalities choose which tasks merit priority at neighbourhood level. Source: Transform project dossier, New Economy.
