Alongside initiator the province of Zuid-Holland, the approach was developed by three implementing partners: Squarewise, Van Vieren and New Economy. The programme is co-owned by these three organisations.
Squarewise accelerates sustainable transitions by bringing people and expertise together, Van Vieren advises and researches in the public domain, and New Economy connects the strength of business with that of nature. By bundling three complementary partners, the programme combines transition science, public research and social cost-benefit analysis in a single set of instruments.
