The approach puts three instruments at the disposal of municipalities: the Neighbourhood Passport, the Neighbourhood Agenda and the Societal Impact Analysis. Together they help recognise, prioritise and link tasks at neighbourhood level into societal added value.
The Neighbourhood Passport uses data to show which transitions call for attention, the Neighbourhood Agenda adds a supported ambition through a step-by-step plan, and the Impact Analysis selects the combination of tasks with the most added value. The three instruments have been made available to municipalities through buurttransform.nl. Source: Transform project dossier, New Economy.
