The learning and development programme ran from December 2021 through April 2022. In that period the province of Zuid-Holland, three municipalities and the guiding partners worked together on the instruments.
Characteristic is the method of action learning: instruments are developed and tested directly in practice. The energy transition serves there as a flywheel for tackling other neighbourhood tasks as well, such as socio-economic tasks, climate adaptation, mobility and urban development. Within that half year, a joint workbook and the instruments were developed further and made available through buurttransform.nl. Source: Transform project dossier, New Economy.
