Regenerative Modular Cabinet: four building blocks — frames, shelves, boxes and covers

The cabinet system is assembled from four building blocks: frames, shelves, boxes and covers. Every configuration is therefore adjustable, extendable and repairable, and can be matched to the space and the use.

The frames form the load-bearing framework, shelves and boxes determine the layout, and the covers shape the front with double-sided panels of Dutch natural fibres. Because the parts are available separately and can be combined with one another, a cabinet can be built up in stages or revised later without replacing the whole.
