Strategic Regional Roll-Out of the CIRCO Circular Business and Design Method
CIRCO is a circular business and design method developed for RVO. New Economy supported the regional roll-out by activating provinces and companies and setting up regional CIRCO hubs.
Context
Circular business models require both design capability and regional ecosystem support. Companies need methods, examples and networks that help them redesign products, services and value chains.
Approach
The roll-out combined business activation, partner development and hub formation so that regional actors could apply the method independently.
New Economy’s role
New Economy acted as an implementation partner, helping regions organise the conditions for CIRCO adoption.
