Kraak de Crisis: more than 290 initiatives entered for post-corona recovery

More than 290 initiatives signed up for Kraak de Crisis, one of the largest crowdsourcing campaigns in the Netherlands at the start of the coronavirus crisis. The initiative looked for projects that increase employment after corona and make the country more resilient.

The large turnout made visible how much appetite there was to use the enforced standstill for a more sustainable and more social recovery. New Economy contributed pro bono to setting up the initiative, together with a broad group of participants. From the entries, the most promising initiatives were selected to be developed further with experts. Source: Kraak de Crisis project dossier, New Economy.
