Jaarbeurs: Towards a Climate-Neutral Food Chain
For the UFI Sustainability Award 2022, Jaarbeurs mapped its route towards a greener and climate-neutral food chain. New Economy calculated the CO2 impact of sustainable hospitality choices, from menus in its own restaurants to preventing food waste in the event chain.
