Only the third perspective reaches 75% circular in 2040. Only the third future perspective, with new production methods and circular product design, makes 75% circular in 2040 achievable. Producing more efficiently or using the Urban Mine alone is not enough. The construction task demands enormous material flows, while the region wants to become circular.
