Moving to action requires cooperation with many stakeholders inside and outside the provincial organisation. A good starting point: sit down with the parties involved for each climate solution presented, and map interests and options together.
From that dialogue the province of Utrecht can define its own role and added value, and support grows for the wider roll-out towards the point of Drawdown: the moment when more greenhouse gases leave the atmosphere than enter it.
