Many neighbourhood profiles highlight a single task; the Transform Neighbourhood Passport places five transition tasks side by side — the energy system, climate adaptation, mobility, social-economic tasks and urban development — and scores each task with a traffic-light model from two perspectives: the data picture and the resident perspective from the Neighbourhood Agenda.
The self-completed format combines open sources such as Statistics Netherlands (CBS), the KIS neighbourhood monitor, the Living Environment Atlas, RIVM and the Climate Effect Atlas with municipal data, benchmarking each characteristic against the municipal average. The result is a starting point for integrated neighbourhood development: where tasks coincide, linking opportunities emerge — and where data and lived experience diverge, the neighbourhood deserves a second look.
