The vulnerability lies in the basics

The analysis of Voedselcirkel Amsterdam does not question the hub’s social value; it points to vulnerability in the basics. Fluctuating supply, limited logistical capacity, refrigeration capacity, uncertain locations, unclear roles and incomplete registration make the hub vulnerable.

That is understandable for a fast-growing practice, but it makes structural anchoring necessary. Without strengthening, the hub remains dependent on temporary capacity, incidental availability and informal coordination.
