Shared cars, scooters and (cargo) bikes use vehicles optimally and free up street space for greenery. The Transform method assumes one shared bike per five residents (€1,200 per bike, five-year lifespan): each bike replaces more than one rush-hour trip daily, at €2.50 in societal value per avoided peak journey. Per model neighbourhood: around €470,000 in value against €400,000 in costs.
