The IPO steering group on the circular economy convenes six times a year to learn from one another, both about the process of stimulating the circular economy and about the substance of the projects. That fixed frequency keeps cooperation between the provinces active and ensures that opportunities and developments in the field are shared regularly.
The rhythm of six meetings a year leaves room to work together more closely and to strengthen one another’s activities, with joint effort on better national and international conditions. As chair and secretary, New Economy prepared the agenda each time and monitored progress between meetings. Source: Interprovinciaal overleg circulaire economie (IPO) project page, New Economy.
